Hi my name is Lisa,

I am a midwife working on the labour ward in one of Dublin’s maternity hospitals. Being a midwife is the most rewarding job in the world. I get to work with expecting mums and dads in the most exciting and daunting time of their lives. Each and every birth is an honour to be part of.

I created Bump and Beyond four years ago with the aim to provide a unique service to expectant parents. I loved the idea of meeting with a couple prior to the birth of their baby, preparing them for childbirth and then meeting them afterwards with their new baby, either in a baby massage or baby yoga class.
